Just walked out of the store tonight, July 6 at 6:40 PM and watched a worker who is collecting carriages with an umbrella proceed to take trash that was in the carriages out and just tossed them on the ground in the parking lot. Real nice!!!! Obviously, nobody cares anymore!!!

Horrible experience. I waited 25 minutes for an Italian sub and a steak and cheese with absolutely no line. They need to really consider their staffing model when it comes to who should and shouldn't be dealing with customers in the deli in the most respectful way possible . Biggest waste of time. Not to mention the guy litterally messed up and Italian sub this location is horrible.

whoever just wrote this on my bday cake you absolutely played in my face. the cake is so beautiful, i went back because there was a miscommunication in the writing. whoever rewrote this onto my cake, please next time just say you don’t have good handwriting. why would you look at a cake as beautiful as this and skribble under it. you didn’t even wipe the prior frosting all the way off.

Hands down this place has the best produce ... AND the personnel in the depth are very knowledgeable (even if their English is limited - but I've never been steered wrong). Unfortunately their kosher offerings are limited (tho there are surprises "hidden in plain sight"). Also, you will find a broad range of heckshers so you may want to have a chat with your rabbi or posak before you go in with a long list of "must haves." Generally speaking the people on the floor are unfailingly pleasant & eager to assist, even when language poses a challenge. A Heads-Up about planning your visit based on my Fri only visits: the store can really fill up starting around 9:30. And since restocking is also an ongoing activity, aisles can quickly feel like Kenmore Square on Game Day! As my experience base expands, I'll update this post because yes, their prices & produce are that good. Their bakery, strategically placed at the very end, has amazing freshly-baked breads & other goodies, including cannolis filled-just-before-boxing! A perfect reward for your ride home!
